I have had good skin for most of my life, yes. But when I started getting them I really didn’t I was very stressed. VERY stressed for about 2 years. That x the water and air/climate change in LA compared to Vancouver, Canada made my face go a little crazy and I had tiny “rashy” bumps all over my face. Hydra facials cleannnnnn your skin. A very deep clean. I also get extractions in the facial so any blackheads or pimples that are being formed are extracted by a professional and then the area is cleaned out and treated. The best kind of facial for me, personally because I have very sensitive skin and they’re super hydrating. I finish the treatment with a stem cell serum (for collagen growth which keeps the skin younger longer) and light stim therapy for 15 minutes which is basically like a shield over your face about 2 inches away that blasts either red light for again, collagen growth, plump/juicy skin or blue light for acne if I’m having a break-out. WHEW! That was a mouthful. But the treatments have saved my skin and I get one once a month, sometimes twice a month if I’m not sleeping regularly/working all-nighters and my skin starts acting funky. Also, I drink a gallon of water a day!!! This is key. For everything in your whole body and mind. ;-)

Q: You talk about getting hydra facials regularly, and your skin is so perfect I'm super wanting to start. But I'm wondering what they've done to improve your skin overall? Like did you have really nice skin before you started getting them anyways?
