Q: I've been smoking cigs more regularly then I used to and it's starting to take a toll. I saw a few weeks back you spoke on trying to quit. How have you been going about that? I need serious advice :/
I have a love/hate relationship with cigarettes. I honestly love them. But they make me feel like shit. I got a little vape pen that actually really helps me when I feel like I “NEEEEED” something. It’s called “JUUL” it’s a little refillable thing with like .5 % nicotine. I dunno, I think when you’re ready you just stop. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Read up on different ways to quit and test what works best for you. <3
