Hi honey! You’re so sweet! I sleep in the sea buckthorn oil every night. Make sure it’s the berry, not the seed as it’s much more potent and healing. Also, make sure to cover your pillows with old pillow cases or an old sheet or it will stain! I honestly don’t mind fucking up some old shit but I think some people really aren’t fans of the fact that it’s bright yellow. I really don’t mind it and I think it aids in balancing skin tone. I use Shea Moisture African Black bar soap to wash my face and lavender witchhazel to tone. Then I finish with Ole Henrickson Sheer Moisture oil free moisturizer. On days out, I mix Neutrogena Oil Free with SPF to protect my face and at night I mix La Roche sensitive skin moisturizer with the sea buckthorn. On top of that! I get laser light facials at Skin Laundry a couple times a week and I use their product about every 2-3 days (gentle foaming cleanser and their toner). I find it KEY for my skin to mix between the Skin Laundry product and the all natural products my skin craves (witchhazel and black soap) as I need a really deep clean every once in a while but too much of it does the opposite of what I want. Dries me out and breaks me out. I have VERY sensitive skin and I’ve tried literally a zillion things to find the perfect balance. I’ve always had good skin but LA is much more dry and congested than Vancouver’s lush rain forest! So it’s taken me some time to get my groove. YO! I just went in on this post. hahaha. Hope it helps! xoxoxo
