This shouldn’t be happening at all. I’ve sold both items you are mentioning, a lot. The ginger peach completely sold out and I haven’t had any issues. Of course, when it gets busier, my seamstresses have more to work with and it sounds like both of your pieces were terribly rushed which is not okay. I would have worked out a refund/exchange or would have paid to have the pieces repaired because I stand behind my product 100%. There are changes being made in my production team right now to keep up with the demand so this will not be an issue for anyone going forward. Thank goodness I know how to sew otherwise I would've been beyond livid... I'm upset as is, I absolutely love everything you create, unfortunately it's more picturesque than I assume intended... I expected MUCH higher quality...
