I practice self love in many different types of ways. 

When I was younger I’d say I didn't really know how to love myself, let alone what “self care” was and now that I’m older I take a lot of responsibility in self care and loving myself. 

Self care, look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself you love you. 

Listen to YouTube affirmations and repeat the affirmations, and really feel those affirmations. Cook for yourself and if you don’t know how, learn too. 

Self care is getting your hair done or putting on some make up just to make yourself feel good. Self care is putting on a mask and watching your favorite tv show or even blasting the weekend and having some ice cream. 

Self care to me is working on myself every chance I get whether I'm learning, growing, exercising my mind, body & soul. Self care has become one of the most important hobbies in my life at this moment. I've been taking extra care of myself these days and my mental health especially being in a pandemic and with everything going on in this world right now its important to check in with yourself and make sure you’re good. At the end of the day all you really got is yourself so you better make sure you’re good so you can be good & feel good not only for yourself but those around you. Granted we all have our days but at the end of the day it's really important for us to take good care of ourselves. Self love is so important, don’t forget to love yourself a little more everyday. I’m still learning and I’m still growing.
